Right of Withdrawal Notice & Withdrawal Form

A. Right of Withdrawal Notice

Introduction

Consumers have the right of withdrawal according to the following terms, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dr. Christa Gescher, c/o IP-Management #4973, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, Email: connect[at]limitless42[dot]com (please replace [at] with @ and [dot] with .)) by means of a clear declaration via email about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal when we begin to perform the contract with your consent, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract, in which the content of the contract including the aforementioned requirements for the premature expiration of the right of withdrawal is reproduced, on a durable medium.
